BP Says It's Likely to Bring In Partners at Kirkuk

BP says it is likely to bring in partners to help fund the giant Kirkuk development project, agreed with the Iraqi government in February. The scheme is seen by Baghdad as a key component of its plan to raise the country’s crude production capacity to 6 million barrels per day by 2029.
