Breakwater Delays Persist for Indian LNG Terminals

India's renamed Konkan LNG import terminal — with a new breakwater structure after a five-year wait — will finally be able to operate during monsoon season, which starts next month. However, the new Chhara LNG import terminal will shut down for the monsoon season for lack of a breakwater.
