State-run refiner Indian Oil will add a combined 17.5 million tons (350,000 barrels per day) of refining capacity from three expansion projects in the 2025/26 fiscal year. But complete utilization of the expanded units is not expected before the end of the year, ending Mar. 31, company officials said Wednesday.
