Russian Crude Exports Grow Despite Challenges

Russian crude oil exports jumped to their highest level in April since October 2024 even though sanctions and low prices continue to keep shipments under pressure. The future looks even more challenging as the EU is gearing up to fully abandon the remaining imports of Russian barrels, while the EU and the US are also considering heavier restrictions.
