Key focus areas of 博彩对冲 Research include the energy transition, corporate strategy and competitor intelligence, oil and gas/LNG markets, and aboveground risk.Mr Hanioglu primarily supports Risk Research by conducting analysis of operating and investment conditions in oil and gas-producing countries, as well as broader macroeconomic, geopolitical and energy transition risks facing the sector. He also contributes to Competitive Intelligence Research by analyzing corporate strategy developments in Central Asia, the Caucasus, the Eastern Mediterranean and MENA regional companies.Prior to joining 博彩对冲, Mr Hanioglu worked as a Political and Energy Affairs Intern at Turkey鈥檚 Permanent Mission to the United Nations, where he focused on analyzing geopolitical fault lines in the Eastern Mediterranean, paying special attention to regional resource monetization schemes and the barriers to their completion. He also worked as a Research and External Relations Intern at the International Peace Institute, where his research focused on promoting a just energy transition for the global south and the important role the energy sector has to play in supporting sustainable peacebuilding operations in Sub-Saharan Africa.Mr Hanioglu holds a joint MA in transatlantic affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and the College of Europe and a BA in history from Princeton University.
