The landmark pledge made at COP28 to triple global renewable energy capacity by 2030 is achievable, but will require major reform in financial and governance regimes, according to leading lobby groups. The goal is 鈥渁 historic moment鈥 for the industry, says Bruce Douglas, CEO of the Global Renewables Alliance (GRA). 鈥淲e think it really is the tipping point for a paradigm shift of the energy system.鈥
