The US House Energy and Commerce Committee unveiled its portion of the Republican budget bill this week, which includes several energy-related measures such as the rollback of key clean energy incentives, as well as permitting reforms for LNG and pipeline projects and funding to replenish the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR).
