Mauritania and Senegal are in negotiations with BP and Kosmos Energy on a second phase development of the Greater Tortue Ahmeyim (GTA) floating LNG (FLNG) project offshore Senegal, Mauritania’s energy minister, Mohamed Ould Khaled, tells ʶԳ.
