The recent climate talks in Dubai were remarkable in that they allowed almost all parties to claim victory, from climate campaigners who fought for the inclusion of fossil fuel language in the final text, to oil producers, who feel their voices were heard. We discussed the talks' outcome with James Henderson from the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies. Here's an edited version of that conversation.
