Oman has signed a joint development agreement with the Netherlands to create a liquefied hydrogen corridor, which it says will establish the world’s first commercial export route for the fuel, linking the sultanate with the European country. The agreement comes less than two years after the Omani government, its state-run company Hydrogen Oman and the Port of Amsterdam agreed to study the development of a liquid hydrogen supply chain to deliver Omani green hydrogen to the port.
